Name of a lake in the Danube Delta

OpenStreetMap and Way: ‪Lacul Fortuna‬ (‪28726206‬) | OpenStreetMap show a lake as “Lacul Fortuna” (“fortuna” being Romanian for “fortune”). I am pretty sure it should be “Lacul Furtuna” (“furtuna” being the definite-article form of Romanan “furtună”, meaning “tempest”). There are sites on line that use “Fortuna”, but I think they are mostly non-Romanian-language sites confusedly choosing a more common word with cognates in more languages. It is unlikely that so many Romanian-language sources would use the less common “Furtuna” if it was not correct.

(FWIW, I’m here because I am working on creating a Wikidata item for the lake.)

Hi, sorry for the late answer.
Both names are correct and used by locals, with Fortuna being the name used by authorities and the Cadastral Office. Usually both names are written, with one of them in parenthesis. e.g: Lacul Fortuna (Furtuna)
