I have filed an official electronic police report in Egypt regarding this matter. An individual continues to publish my personal information and offensive content without my consent, and I am forced to repeatedly request its removal. I ask for the immediate and permanent removal of this information, including from previous versions and edit history, and for appropriate action to prevent further abuse.

I am the real user, Nada Sharaby. A fake user is impersonating me and pretending to be me. This person has repeatedly published my personal information, including my address, apartment details, and phone number, as well as abusive and offensive content without my consent. I have filed an official electronic police report in Egypt regarding this matter. Please immediately remove all of my personal information and the abusive content, including from previous versions and edit history, and take appropriate action against the account responsible for this impersonation.
You can make the process easier if you tell us which user. Or is this a duplicate of Unauthorized Publication of Personal Data ?
You’ve already reported it directly to the DWG, so why bring it up on the public Forum?

The user is blocked: Samaacairo30 blocked by SomeoneElse | OpenStreetMap, they cannot add (false) information to OSM anymore.

According to your screenshot his/her last edit was in Oct 2025. How can he/she continue re-adding your personal information?

I’m in private conversation with https://community.openstreetmap.org/u/nada_ahmed_ali. Those nodes contain texts like this:

You get the idea.
What they’re looking for is for such data to be removed from the OSM, which I guess includes the whole history. I also understand that this is also being discussed with the DWG, but this person is not savvy in OSM tooling (and apparently I’m not much better), so for them to provide the exact information that the DWG is asking for is nearly impossible.

Alas, the only information shared was in maps.me screenshots, but what I could identify (a telephone number) did not appear as a value in the OSM database.
In the absense of more information I suspect that there is little that anyone can do (but thanks for trying!).

That’s one for the admins I’m afraid - by all means report that user and explain why it needs an admin to suspend the account beyond the existing DWG block.

This is my first time using OpenStreetMap, so I’m not familiar with the process. Could you please tell me how I can contact admins or where I should submit a report?
The account has already been blocked by DWG, but the profile picture containing my name and address is still visible, and the fake company entry using my name remains online. I would appreciate any guidance on how to reach the appropriate administrator.
What concerns me is that when one account is blocked, another account appears.
First, the user was using the account “Samaacairo30”. After action was taken against that account, a new account appeared using my personal name, “Nada Sharaby”, and impersonating me.
I do not know all of the accounts used by this person, but from the discussions in this thread it seems that other community members have already noticed similarities between these users.
“Nothing here is a company name.” “Nada Sharaby” is my personal name. The same name appears in multiple accounts and profile content. The profile pictures contain screenshots of my address on the map together with my name and Arabic text referring to me.
To me, it is very suspicious that someone would use a map screenshot as a profile image containing another person’s name, address, and personal text. This appears to be deliberate impersonation and harassment.
I am concerned that this person is using OpenStreetMap accounts to target and intimidate me. Could an administrator please review the accounts and the remaining profile content

But the profile is still public. So I guess the question is:
What is the DWG willing to with profiles and data in the history database that contain either personal information or offensive content. I see some in
but it only talks about illegal data, and later mentions hidden (but not redacted or removed) notes.
