I used the ‘flag’ feature to request a review from the moderators for content that could be seen as discriminatory, but I have not received any response, nor has any action been taken.
Who or where should I direct my request for a review?
Note: For the protection of the rights of the person who posted the content, I prefer not to include a link to the post here.
It wasn’t flagged in an area that I’m a mod in, so I haven’t seen the report.
However, it is worth mentioning that all moderators are volunteers. You have no “service level agreement” with them and they may be busy with other things.
Also, you must be aware that moderators may not agree with your assessment. When acting on flags in the area here that I am one of the moderators for, I sometimes will directly reply to the complainant, but not always - thus you should not assume that you will always get feedback about your forum complaint.
If a flag is not handled by a category moderator the global moderators or admins can handle it. In this case the flag was handled by category moderators about 24 hours after the flag was raised.
