Multiple country relations

I just found out there are one extra relation for Germany, I believe it can be deleted, but I don’t want to change something that may be used by someone.
Main Germany relation:

OpenStreetMap

Relation: ‪Deutschland‬ (‪51477‬) | OpenStreetMap

Extra one, I believe it can be deleted):

Can someone confirm and delete it if it’s not needed?

Hi, the second one is TMC (traffic managment).

The german community could not yet decide to delete TMC data.
