MOIN Import near Haifa with issues

I just realized that the MOIN import or what has been done out of it has some issues near Haifa.

Tirat HaCarmel => http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1403089

Haifa => http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1387888

If fixed the Haifa boundary mainly by guessing in the southern area but the relation of Tirat HaCarmel is still somehow “lost”.

Any Idea how to solve it?

Solved.

One of the MOIN boundaries was mistakenly associated with Tirat HaCarmel.
The common boundary between Haifa and Tirat HaCarmel now belongs to both relations.
