Hi, on (OpenTopoMap Garmin Maps) Spain, Sweden and Slovakia have 0b/non-existing map files.

I suspect that it is not the same issue. The Canadian one was one set of Garmin’s own maps switching from other maps to OSM a few years ago, and this looks just like a build failure (which can happen, and contacting the site owner is the best way to resolve).
