I think we miss tag to indicate Emergency Power Off and Emergency Gas Off of the object or area.

I propose adding a tag for the node and the area - “emergency=power_off” and “emergency=gas_off” ".
You should discuss new tags on the tagging@openstreetmap.org mailing list. ‘power’ tags have been long discussed there.
