Missing Basecamp-file in OpenTopMap

On the site of “OpenTopoMap Garmin Maps”, the zip-file for downloading Germany for Basecamp is missing. See https://garmin.opentopomap.org/ under Downloads/Europe !

Where can i find this file for updating my old one, because the file was there on june 2025.
