Die Daten werden vom BAFU in Auftrag gegeben und durch das BAFU finanziert. Entsprechend ist das BAFU Datenherr aller Daten, welche im Rahmen der LV Spezialbefliegungen (RapidMapping) erfasst und produziert werden.Quellenangabe und Copyright
Als Quellenangabe wird «Quelle: BAFU/swisstopo» verwendet. Auf die Angabe des Copyrights (z.B. © VBS swisstopo Flugdienst) wird verzichtet.Gebühren
Auf die Erhebung von Gebühren für Daten, welche im Rahmen der Spezialbefliegungen BAFU (RapidMapping) erfasst und weiterverarbeitet werden, wird verzichtet. Sämtliche Daten stehen somit der Allgemeinheit zur freien Verfügung (die Daten sind frei solange sie als Geoservice oder als Download angeboten werden können. Datenträger sowie besondere Datenbereitstellung, besonderes Format, besonderes Bezugssystem etc. sind nach den Tarifen von swisstopo entgeltlich).
Da wir ja vermutlich nichts direkt vektoriseren, denke ich es genügt am Changeset ein entsprechenden Hinweis (Quelle: BAFU/swisstopo) anzubringen, ich würde auch noch einen Eintrag auf der Wiki Contributors Seite machen.
Es ist etwas mühsam die Layers auf dem WMS-Server zu finden, aber das was ich angeschaut habe unterstützte EPSG:4326 sollte also auch in iD tun.
Da ja noch länger auf den “normalen” Luftbildern jetzt zerstörte oder unbrauchbare Infrastruktur sichtbar sein wird, würde ich unbedingt Objekte nicht löschen sondern mit lifecycle Tags versehen.
