Wenn es sich nicht vermeiden lässt, dann wohl irgendwie in Richtung amenity=fast_food mit cuisine=roasted_chestnut (taginfo) und entsprechenden Öffnungszeiten, beispielsweise opening_hours=Sep 30-Oct 10 Mo-Su 12:00-16:00; Mar 30-Apr 10 Mo-Su 12:00-18:00

One tip from there: map the summer as off. Just as the last part in the opening hours add something like ; Apr 01-Sep 30: off
