In order to close very old, unresolved notes, we come across these ones: Note: 716824 | OpenStreetMap and Note: 716832 | OpenStreetMap
They refer to a spanish territories so-called Plazas de Soberanía (no civilians live there, only military) that Morocco doesn’t recognise, and they are ruled de facto by Spain. Therefore, they should have the disputed maritime boundaries, and that’s what the notes claim.
There is an SHP geometry, belonging to the Spanish government, you can download here. It looks like this (compared with the current OSM data):
I suggest to use an alternative, international source as https://marineregions.org/downloads.php, for comparison (a third-party perspective, less biased than the spanish shapefile), even though the geometries are quite similar.
Since these borders are disputed, they will have the following tags:
disputed=yes
disputed_by=ES;MA
I strongly encourage both Moroccan and Spanish mappers to join the discussion to reach an agreement. Others mappers, feel free to participate as well.

Sugiero usar una fuente internacional alternativa como https://marineregions.org/downloads.php para hacer la comparación (una perspectiva externa, menos sesgada que el shapefile español), aunque las geometrías son bastante similares.
