Mapping the position of the cycleway and footway relative to each other

So, I’d like to propose that segregated=yes will mean by default that the cycleway is to the left and the footway is to the right relative to the way’s direction

that is not really viable, as massive amount of already mapped ways does not follow this

having an extra tag would be more viable
