The topic here is about =footway next to =cycleway , not your presentation entirely. Ie east side of your HIlls Rd example, shown to be not split either. Or imagine if the west side doesn’t have a “contra-flow” shared part. So it’s closer to the Cuyperspassage illustration, which wasn’t discussed heavily.
