Mapping oneways for bicycling

I came across an urban alley in Eugene that includes a short section that is oneway. If I map it as I normally would, I assume bicycle maps will normally route around it.

I’m sure that bicycles can navigate it going in either direction.

How would I map it to make it oneway for vehicles but not for bicycles?

I think oneway:bicycle=no is the common tag. See https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:oneway:bicycle
