Mapping for the Blind, Mapping of Obstacles?

Dear Community,

is there a way to mark an area as “should not be accessed by blind people”?

There are sometimes obstacles ABOVE ground level (I know e.g. several public artworks, that have some beams at a height, where a pedestrian might collide with it). It is legal and possible to walk there below the statues, but could severly endanger a blind person due to obstacles they won’t sense with their orientation stick. Is there a way to draw an “invisble” area around it, that warns a blind person?

Best regards, Yan

Hi good question, sorry for asking it, but how would a blind or visual handicapt individual notice the remarks on a map ?
There should or could be some tac stones to warn them for theses objects above ground level, is not it ?
