Can you please explain better what do you need and for what purpose? If not, it is not easy to support you.

I believe they want a map of Algeria in FBL format, which seems to be a proprietary format used by certain GPS devices.

Unfortunately, according to this Reddit thread from 2022 there isn’t a way to convert from an OSM format to FBL.

It’s for the satnav in Renault/Dacia cars, which uses HERE maps (ie a different dataset)

Map updates are normally paid but you can get them for free… if you don’t mind diving down a rabbithole of dodgy Arabic websites full of paywalls and accessing the satnav’s Windows CE (!!!) UI directly
