Map Design - Block Schwarzplan - Selective Data Export

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a great evening!

This is my first post here so a big hello to all of you. I enjoy painting and drawing map pictures for friends, and this time I want to do something big. I would like to draw quite a large map of Prague. To prepare this map, I would love to somehow export a map from OpenStreetMap which will look like this:

So basically I need to expord all streets and all water (block schwarzplan) of a map. How can I do that and what tools do I need? I will appreciate every bit of help and information. Thank you so much in advance for your time and your help!

Third-party shapefiles made by Geofabrik should be good for you. Load them into QGIS, export print into .ps file.
