That makes perfect sense if there isn’t a physical barrier. From the satellite imagery the one lane is used as a turning lane. I have updated it but did get some warning errors so have asked that my edits be reviewed. As mentioned in an earlier reply I had thought of just changing it from one way to two way direction. The reason I didn’t want to do that is with a GPS if you aren’t in line with where the co-ordinates say you should be you get an “Off Route, Recalculate” situation. I’ve encountered this numerous times with road changes or when roads are altered during current construction.
