This has now been scrapped - but considering the size of it and my lack of experience, I’m not comfortable deleting this myself (at least not without some visibility/advice).

Is there an easy way to delete all the members of this relation that only exist as boundary=low_emission_zone while only removing members that are also a river?

And, at risk of creating another thing to argue about, is there a reason we shouldn’t delete this?

I will be happy to do it once I’m home and have access to a PC.

The fact it never happened is probably a good reason not to map things that only exist as proposals.
