Major road number changes

The section of road 70 connecting Fureydis to Yoqne’am is now denoted by the number 67, I’m not sure which part was changed but it’s no longer 70, can anyone help me edit this one?

Try to clean your cache, it shows 67 for me both on osm.org and in ID editor

Cleared cache, switched to Private Mode, switched to Editing mode, same results.
