Main road - T junction/through route

I came across a potential issue whilst navigating using NavMii a few days ago (this navigation app used OSM data).

The navigation app indicated that there was a sharp right bend in the road ahead - but when I got there, it was actually a t-junction with a right turn.

I have looked at the OSM map - and it appears to be interpreted this way because the main A-road (the A54) actually turns right at this point.

However in reality the carriageway itself simply continues ahead down the B5308 and you have to make a right turn across a lane to continue on the A54.

Is there any way to make OSM interpret this junction correctly and show that the traffic through route is straight from the A34 onto the B5308 and that you have to actually make a right turn to continue down the A54. I have looked at the intersection tags - but there don’t appear to be any that are appropriate to indicating the through route.

Would the key “Junction=yes” force this?
