There are lots of amenity=house in Northern Italy. The person who added them hasn’t mapped since July last year, so maybe it’s time to ask what these should actually be mapped as?
The building tags vary - mostly house and yes, but with the occasional roof. Some historic tags are also set.
Only mapper who added this tag can know what it means.
Well, the few I looked at had version 1 with just building=yes, then version 2 has that amenity=house added or whatever other value, so venture to think it can be merged to building=house etc and the amenity tag done away.
