Loggin impossible et pas de lien de réinitialisation?

Bonjour,

J’ai essayé de me connecter à mon compte.

On me dit “invalid credentials”. Quand je demande un lien de réinitialisation, je ne reçois rien. (Spams contrôlés)

Si j’essaie de recréer un compte, on me dit que mon adresse email est déjà associée à un compte …:thinking:

Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà été confronté au même problème ?

No - contact support. See here. The DWG has nothing to do with user account management.
