how would you map opening hours like “1 hour before start of shabat” or “1/2 a hour after end of shabat”?

proposes to use “sunrise” and “sunset” variables to mark variable times.
So, for example, “1 hour before shabat” will be tagged as “sunset-1:00”
and a “half a hour after shabat” - “sunset+0:30”
