Hi @catgirlseraid, I have found some missing buildings that was I planning to add. But then I noticed all the surrounding buildings seemed to be part of the LINZ2OSM by StephenDavis about 10 years ago. I see the LINZ2OSM project is no longer in operation. I have two questions:
What is the current recommended method for bringing building data from LINZ at the moment
Do you know what happened to the LINZ2OSM project? Seems like a fantastic way to keep it all up to date

The LINZ2OSM project was discontinued a while ago as it had reached its goal of importing the linz data at the time. Since then it has been replaced with this import for buildings Import/New Zealand Buildings - OpenStreetMap Wiki which is best to follow for now. I’ve been slowly working on a new process hence this fourm thread, but have limited time to dedicate to it so it might not be complete for a long time, if ever. I’ll do a follow up post about it in the next few weeks (hopefully) with where i’m at, but for now using the existing RapID process is best.
I’ll take a look and give it a go next time I get the chance. I would be interested in trying to get it to update buildings too as I can see some are outdated based of the satelite photos. But will just try and add some missing ones to start off with.
