Leisure=summer_camp also used for private events – correct tagging?

What would be the most appropriate tagging for a school holiday camp (a set of buildings with dormitories, common rooms, kitchen, etc. plus outdoor areas) that is primarily used for school camps but is also rented out for other purposes (e.g. private events or group stays) during other times of the year?

Would leisure=summer_camp still be suitable in this case, or is there a more accurate tagging for such multi-purpose facilities?

If something is qualifying for multiple object types at once it can be tagged with them.

Not really familiar with summer camps as a facility, but if say school rents rooms during weekends/holidays it is still a school and can be tagged as amenity=school

I expect the same for summer camps
