Layer "Public GPS tracks" vs. downloaded GPS tracks

I see a GPS track on the layer “Public GPS tracks” that a do not get when I download GPS tracks in JOSM (called “GPS Raw data” in JOSM). Please see this map segment here:

There are two GPS tracks along the valley “Scheiblinggraben”.
In large parts these are identical, but farther up the valley they diverge.
The more southern one in the bottom of the valley is mine.
The other, more northern one is the one I do not get in JOSM, when downloading.

Can anyone confirm?
Or even explain?

Dieser GPS-Track wurde wahrscheinlich inzwischen gelöscht. Auf der Karte sind gelöschte Tracks hingegen weiterhin sichtbar. Siehe:

I had uploaded 500+ GPX tracks (as public) over a decade. Part of them are raw and some got outdated. Many roads has been changed since then. Beside some privacy concerns because they are too obvious from single contributor in those area. Instead of cherry picking one by one. I have deleted all of them couple days ago. I still have copies to filter them locally and re-upload needed ones. When I check OSM back. There are zero (0) traces in my profile. However, the GPX layer on OSM is still show…
