Lamai Night Market - modifying old market zone into new marketplace

Hi,

I use JOSM to fit new Lamai marketplace building into OSM, and I have a question: the old marketplace is visible on OSM, do I just change the nodes and reshape the form? or do I delete the old one a create a new zone?

It would be preferable to modify the old one. Its historical data will be kept and easily traced.
