Knowing whether any action was taken for an user report

I reported an user who was breaking things because I tried to talk with him and he did not listen. How can I know whether any action was taken?

If you email the DWG, you’ll get a ticket number, and you can reply to that to request a status update. If you create a website issue it will not always get to us immediately. You will only get an email when a ticket is created.

There are 3 outstanding issues in our queue, and none of them are from you. That probably means that it is not in our queue currently.
