When you enter where you want to go, is there an option to add a via point?

Which GPS app are you using?

I’ve edited the question to remove the “did you search already” comment text and added a Danish translation (since DA-EN translation on this site seems iffy currently?**).

To answer the question, as @Sharko_J said, you need to clarify what exactly you’re using to search for directions. “OpenStreetMap” itself is just a big pile of data. The openstreetmap.org has links to 3 external routing providers, with a minimal interface that doesn’t allow the addition of via points. However, at the bottom of the list of OSM directions you’ll see something like " Directions courtesy of Valhalla (FOSSGIS)". Click on that and you’ll be taken to a hosted version of that router (the router itself is just some computer code; the hosting is by FOSSGIS in Germany). In that hosted version you can enter via points.

** Edit, whatever the problem was, I can’t reproduce it. Likely a mixture of “trying to translate posts that were mixed DA and EN” and “trying to translate too-new posts”.

Not on the main website. There is only demo routing available.
You could use some other routers like OpenRouteService route planner - directions, isochrones and places
or the very nice offline routing app “Organic Maps”.
