JOSM Piclayer - How do I get the green/red scaling arrows to display?

I’m new to this and would appreciate a hand.

I’ve installed Piclayer sucessfully and have loaded an aerial picture layer.

I’ve watched the how-to animation at:

that shows me how to scale the picture to match the OSM map, but I don’t have the bold green and red arrows (that are used for picture scaling) in the vertical left-hand tool bar of JOSM.

How do I get the arrows to display in that toolbar? (I’ve looked everywhere, but can’t figure it out.)

OK, I’ve just figure it out.

Half way down the left hand vertical tool bar is “>>”. When I click on that, the red and green arrows are displayed.
