josm: multipolygon to inkscape?

Hello Forum!

I selected a multipolygon in josm, now I want to transfer the shape to inkscape.
How can I do that?

What about exporting only the data of that multi polygon (incl. all members) to a seperate layer in JOSM,

saving this layer to an osm-file and then

rendering it with Merkaartor or Maperitive (both are able to produce svg or PDF output) ?
