JOSM – Map Moving (re-centre) While Drawing Ways

Is there setting in preferences which prevents JOSM from recentering the map when drawing ways?

I’ve searched all through the preference menu, trying to find such a setting and was unable to.

This recentering the screen to the last drawn node in a way thing is damn annoying.

It’s in View menu (not sure of the exact name in English JOSM, but it’s Shift+Ctrl+F).

I hate that follow mode with a passion.

It ought to be able to be totally removed by user preference so you can’t accidentally get into it. I sometimes get into that mode when I was aiming for Shift+Ctrl+G (replace geometry) which I do when replacing current point addresses with a building. And then it takes me a long time to figure out how to turn it off.
