In Josm, I have filter highway:

I like to give the filter also, the way who has no tags on in, what is the code for it?

So that i can draw the concept way futher.

Now first node on a highway (junction) is set, second node of conceptway is set, but because of filter the drawing mode is closed, so having a way with two nodes.

I hope, you all understand it.

Filter for ways without tags: type=way untagged
Filter for new ways (added by yourself in this session, but not in OSM yet): type=way new

I hope this is what you looking for - it’s more a guess.
