I’m talking specifically about Relation: Israel and The Palestinian Territories (6195356) | OpenStreetMap. Currently the relation only has name tags, a note tag and type=multipolygon, notably not type=boundary. I understand that it is not a boundary, but could it be (tagged as) a region?
