I realize I had never posted Isosmfar: simple interactive iso-distance fields web application with Openstreetmap data here…
Isosmfar is a simple interactive web application for exploring iso-distance fields based on Openstreetmap data. It lets one visualize how far every location in a chosen area is from features that match a query (e.g. schools, hospitals, bus stops, restaurants, etc.) - using various algorithms, modifiable instantaneously. It is a fun way to explore Openstreemap data, and maybe useful to produce quick renders without having to start QGIS.
The app is just a bunch of local HTML/Javascript files – no server, no dependencies… With the notable exception of being entirely dependent and built on the whole Openstreetmap universe: Isosmfar is nothing without Openstreetmap data and services.
