Isn't the sidewalk actually a walking track?

Hi,

Technically, How do you differentiate from a road that has a sidewalk and one that doesn’t?
Shouldn’t, theoretically, a sidewalk be marked as an adjacent walking path to the road?

Theoretic because it would be too much work to actually mark all the sidewalks this way, but i’m just asking out of interest.

You shouldn’t map sidewalks specifically.

You can, however, add a sidewalk tag, if there’s anything special to add.
