Is it possible to see the visitor traffic on the OpenMapStreet Wiki page? Maybe it’s possible to integrate it with Google Analytics?

No. Interestingly enough, Wikimedia projects do have one, https://pageviews.wmcloud.org/ but it’s a custom job apparently, so it’s not available by default to 3rd-party Mediawiki instances.

Some people have downvoted you, I am guessing that is because they don’t like Google Analytics.
If it’s possible to do this in a privacy-friendly way, then it would be interesting to know how many people actually read the wiki, and which pages are the most read.
