Is it possible to calibrate Bing image in app "Go Map"?

I have seen changesets created with app “Go Map” which have position errors on new objects when Bing as used as background image.

At least in my neighbourhood Bing has a position error in order of 5 meters and more. Is it possible to calibrate the background image in “Go Map”?
