Is data from the WV Property Viewer acceptably licensed for use with OSM?

Hello everyone,

Is the data on this site ( WV Property Viewer ) acceptable for use in OpenStreetMap? I’m trying to add address nodes, but the data in the national address database is wildly inaccurate. The data on this site seems significantly more accurate, but I’m very new to this and it’s not immediately clear if this data is allowed to be used in OSM.

Can’t see any mention on that page regarding copyright, but it does link to WVGISTC: About which says “:copyright: West Virginia GIS Technical Center”, but with no mention of a licence.

They may have released it under a usable by us licence, but to make sure, you should contact
