Is addr:housename common and valid in Turkey?

https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/pull/9432 proposes to make addr:housename more prominent in iD (default osm.org editor) in Turkey.

Is it a goo idea?

Is it common that building has name that is part of a postal address?
Should this field be made more prominent in address form?

(note that building may have name that is not a part of the address)

It had been discussed here (section 5), but I guess no final decision had been reached.

Usually name tag is preferred instead addr:housename.
