Incorrect PDF map export with foreign elements

I have to export some maps to PDF, and whether with custom dimensions or without them, I get strange paths with Russian-type characters. I don’t know why it is or if it is something occasional. Occurs both in export to PDF and JPG. I attach an example

This is the same problem as described in this thread. The vandalism is being dealt with currently.
