I’m not entirely sure where this goes, but the intersection of routes 56 and 81 in Kentucky needs to be redrawn on the map as the state at some point converted it to a traffic circle. The intersection is visible at http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/37.7521/-87.1739 and the traffic circle is visible on Google Maps (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.7522033,-87.1748152,17z)
Thanks for the notification. The intersection was visible on USGS imagery so I was able to update it. It should be visible on the map in a few hours. It may be a few weeks or a month or so until OSM routing Apps use the new intersection configuration.
For future reference, the best way of dealing with such cases, if you are unable to make the change yourself, is to add a map note at the position of the problem. Using the forum doesn’t scale well and doesn’t attract the local mappers that will often need to verify the report before implementing the change.
