Here is the map used by https://www.flixbus.in/ and it is showing Kalaghatgi instead of Dharwad. Is this the mapping done by the user or from OpenStreetMap?
On OSM, the city is named just fine, the name ‘Kalaghtgi’ doesn’t appear in any of the tags, nor does that name occur in any previous versions of that object.
Seems like the issue doesn’t have anything to do with OSM data, as the map you’re showing there shows the desired name, but rather the label Flixbus puts on top of the map. You are probably going to have to contact them instead.

For completeness, note that OSM does have a town called Kalaghatagi - in fact the cut off label is just visible on the bottom edge of that Flixbus base map. But as it is located well to the south and has a slightly different spelling, it is not the source of the label in the Flixbus overlay. As said, you’ll probably need to contact the company.

Yes that’s correct but the issue is FlixBus mapped to Dharwad so, actual location is of Dharwad but name is showing Kalaghatagi.
