Import_uuid= proposing mass removal as an import cruft

I am proposing to remove Key:import_uuid - OpenStreetMap Wiki appearances in USA with a bot edit, as removal of a pointless tag added in an import.

This was triggered by Add 'import_uuid' to discarded tag list · Issue #42 · openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema · GitHub where adding to discardable tag in iD was suggested. This can also be done, if avoiding extra edits and slowly removing its appearances over decades is preferable.

Do you think this tag should be not removed?

If removed - which way you prefer?

Looks like most of these tags were already removed ~2-3 years ago and there are a little over 2k left. It also looks like the reason we had it was to differentiate between imports, before changesets were used. Considering there isn’t much left with these these tags, I think it’s fine to perform a mass removal/bot edit for this. It should be a low risk edit.
