How should I tag them separately from the store’s opening hours?
As usual with OSM I expect to get 200 opinions for 100 people
Personally, I individually mapped the features, so every one has its own hours: OpenStreetMap

You could add opening_hours:restaurant=*

I prefer a separate tagging as well. Not only because of opening_hours, but as well for adding further restaurant specific tags, which are therefore clearly distinguishable from the shop tagging.

Also, IKEA food places are relatively small objects in a very large building, so ability to specify location and sometimes also level is useful. Even without full-blown indoor mapping.
