Is there a way to identify the uploader of a specific GPS trace? I have seen some GPS track logs in one particular area but they have not been tagged with any of the relevant tags or descriptions I can think of. I would like to coordinate mapping activity with whoever is actually active on the ground in that area.
Any ideas?
