Have you tried Overpass turbo - OpenStreetMap Wiki ?

Going to check, export as a CSV with names and address information maybe inclusive of Latitude and Longitude

One challenge that you might get is just “lack of data”. Here is an example query that covers Sandton and Alexandra, and I suspect the number shown is low for both (especially when you think about minibus taxis).
