Is that actually a viewer that’s meant for general use? Their main page now just links back to openstreetmap.org for a fullscreen view.

OpenStreetMap France has its own forum here that might be able to tell you what’s going on.

The humanitarian map is also not working in the Eastern United States on openstreetmap.org. I cannot get it to load once I zoom in past Zoom 4. It was working perfectly fine yesterday. It is such a good tool for my work as a librarian when making maps of neighborhoods for my junior colleagues.

Humanitarian tile server currently DOWN General talk

The tile server hosted by OpenStreetMap France behind the humanitarian base map is currently down. We’re redirecting tile requests on OSM default tiles till we get is back. Our hardware is really getting very old…

If you’d like to set up a copy of that map for yourself:

Pick whichever option on the switch2osm serving tiles page works for you
Run though that (and ask questions here if you have them)
Then grab a copy of the humanitarian style and have a look at the installation instructions
Those instructions are quite old, but you’ll be able to see the newer matching versions from the “switch2osm” guide to see what you have to do with the Humanitarian style.
