How to transfer a PDF map

Hi all, I recently worked on a new border crossing between China and Kazakhstan and needed a map of the huge new crossing. What is the easiest way to transfer this PDF to OpenStreetMap?

Hello 4fcnsdvy,

have you drawn the PDF yourself? Are there no problems with licenses?
All that aside, probably with the PicLayer Plugin in JOSM. Would be my first guess :slight_smile:

Even if you have drawn it yourself, it will be a work for hire, so your employer will own the copyright and database rights. Ideally, your employer should create the OSM account used to enter this into the map, so that they directly agree to the OSM contributor licence terms.
